Why these
Most Indian calculators stop at the math.
Ours start there. Then they answer the actual question — the one you came here for.
Live, not paginated
Move a slider, the chart redraws. No "calculate" buttons, no full-page reloads, no chunky form submits. The number you want is one drag away.
Indian-rupee native
Lakhs and crores, not millions. Indian tax rules, Indian inflation defaults, Indian SIP step-up conventions. Everything formatted the way your CAS statement formats it.
Honest math
SIPs as annuity-due (start-of-month payments). XIRR via the same Newton-Raphson solver Excel uses. Every formula is shown on the page so you can verify.
Quick answers
FAQ.
Are these calculators free?
Yes — fully free, no signup, no paywalled mode. We make money when investors choose to talk to a zfunds advisor or distributor (totally optional, the lead forms on each page).
Whose math are you using?
The standard Indian mutual fund formulas: SIP-FV as annuity-due, XIRR via Newton-Raphson (same as Excel's =XIRR), CAGR for lumpsum. Every page shows the formula it uses.
Do you save my numbers?
No. Everything runs in your browser — no server round-trips, no analytics on the inputs themselves. Refresh the page and your scenario is gone.
What's the difference vs Groww/ETMoney calculators?
Three things — step-up SIP that's actually usable (not buried in a sub-menu), goal-seek mode (target corpus → required SIP), and an inflation toggle that shows today's-rupees value. Plus the design is just nicer.
When does the EMI / Retirement / Lumpsum calculator launch?
EMI and Lumpsum next, then Retirement after. Each one waits until it's actually better than what's already out there — we don't ship copies of existing calculators.
Can I embed these on my site?
Not yet. If you're a financial advisor / blogger and want an embeddable version with your branding, drop us a note via the contact form.
